This year brought rapid change across technology, work, and leadership. In the spirit of reflection, we asked members of the Intrizen Team to share what they’re reading, learning, and reflecting on as we close out the year and prepare for what’s next…
Reflections From Our Team:

1. Favorite Book of 2025 & Why:
$100M Offers / $100M Leads – Alex Hormozi. We continue to shape the next level of Intrizen Business Model to further align to our customers most important needs and successes.
2. Top Intrizen Insight:
Intrizen won the INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies this year. In reflection, the top insight from this achievement is the power of a strong belief system paired with an unwavering commitment to the success of others. This has fueled a strong momentum for our team and our clients over the years. We have a team of rockstars!
3. Personal Zen Practice:
Structured reflection, physical training, time in nature, creative expression through music, and flying have kept me grounded and consistently refreshed for complex challenges.

1. Favorite Book of 2025 & Why:
Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. A thought-provoking view of human evolution that explains modern human behavior through a different lens on evolution and how it shaped modern life, power structures, and corporations. Also, offering a glimpse into the next phase of human evolution driven by AI, highlighting that humanity’s greatest risk is not machines, but our tendency to blindly serve new myths without questioning whether they still serve human well-being.
2. Top Intrizen Insight:
There were many highlights, starting with the INC 5000 recognition, which validated years of hard work and dedication, alongside continued growth across clients, partners, and our exceptional consultants, while maintaining a strong focus on building meaningful and happier human connections.
3. Personal Zen Practice:
Early morning gym sessions, cooking for family and welcoming their honest critiques, and background piano music!

The Daily Stoic, daily dose of wisdom on core stoic principles. It focuses on controlling your reactions, not external events, and aligning with virtue (wisdom, justice, courage, temperance) on practical and everyday challenges.

Working with the Intrizen team is a testament to our deep industry experience and can-do attitude to guide our clients to successful outcomes with optimized adoption across people, process, and technology.
3. Personal Zen Practice:
Going to the beach (perks of living in Southern California), it’s a way to reflect, unwind, and enjoy what nature has given us.

CHAD JOHNSON

2. Top Intrizen Insight:
Working with teams of people who are committed to supporting each other leads to positive outcomes for Intrizen and our clients.
3. Personal Zen Practice:
In busy work seasons I try to shut down work activities for 24 hours after I finish on Friday. This gives me some time to focus on family time and time for myself so I can return to work recharged and refreshed.
Event Highlights from SAP Miami & Dallas
At the SAP Miami & Dallas events, our team joined leaders from across the SuccessFactors ecosystem to explore what it truly takes to drive meaningful, lasting change inside organizations.
The conversations went beyond tools and roadmaps — focusing instead on adoption, alignment, and trust. What resonated most was a shared recognition that technology only creates value when people feel supported, informed, and empowered to use it.
As the holiday season begins to quiet, we’ve taken a moment to step back and reflect — noticing the patterns, lessons, and connections that shaped the year through the Intrizen Perspective. Swipe through our Top 6 EOY Insights below…
